My Values
Have you ever longed to create a sanctuary-like atmosphere at home — a space where you can connect with nature, enjoy a slow coffee or tea moment while gazing at your favourite painting, or admire a handcrafted vase that caught your eye? A space untouched by the overwhelming world of algorithmic ads, AI-polished imagery, and mass-produced ubiquity? I can help you bring that feeling to life.
My core values guide everything I create. Each handcrafted piece embodies authenticity and carries the energy of the maker in a world dominated by machines. Every object bears traces of my hands — with irregularities, character, and quiet imperfections. Like us, they hold their own stories.
Aesthetic wellbeing is at the heart of my work. Art has always been my compass — a source of healing and renewal through life’s challenges. I believe we all feel more balanced, joyful, and empowered when surrounded by authentic, handmade creations that harmonise with who we are.
One of my guiding principles is to make unique art and design accessible to everyone — to bring the quiet power of beauty into everyday living.
My Journey
Although I was born into an artistic family, my path back to art has been far from linear. I grew up between my father’s studio and my mother’s museum office, absorbing creativity from an early age.
Drawn by the promise of success, I ventured into the world of finance — spending two decades in the competitive field of metal trading. In this fast-paced, male-dominated environment, I became a senior leader, building businesses, speaking at international conferences, and mentoring others who sought meaning and courage in their own journeys.
The turning point came with the loss of my father — a moment that called me home to creativity. I retrained in interior design at the renowned KLC School of Design (now West Dean) and co-ran a design & build studio, blending artistry with function.
Soon after, I returned to painting — studying life drawing and oil painting under Tom Davies at the London School of Art, and later exploring plein-air landscapes in St Ives with Andrew Barrowman. Painting outdoors became a dialogue with nature — combining my love of walking with artistic expression.
A few years later, I discovered ceramics — a practice that taught me patience, humility, and calm. Working with clay became both grounding and liberating, reconnecting me to the earth and a welcoming community of creatives.
Today, my work draws from organic forms, fluid lines, and ever-changing landscapes — weaving together ceramics, painting, and interior styling. Through these, I explore the timeless yet transient beauty of nature.
My mission is simple: to enhance wellbeing by bringing artistry into everyday life. A home doesn’t need to be perfect — only authentic, lived-in, and truly yours.
I’m here to help you find your artistic rhythm and transform your space into a sanctuary.
