OVERVIEW

This website is operated by LS Art and Design Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing a product, commissioning an artwork, or engaging us for interior design or styling services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, customers, clients, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or engaging our Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of our Services.

Our online store and payment processing are hosted by Squarespace Inc. and Stripe Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform and payment gateway that enable us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE SHOP: HANDCRAFTED CERAMICS & ARTWORKS

Our ceramics, artworks, and other physical products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur and are part of the product’s unique character.

Orders & Payments:

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or via Bank Transfer. Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping:

Delivery times and shipping rates vary by location. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because our items are handcrafted, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange a replacement or refund. Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property:

All designs, imagery, and creative content remain the property of LS Art and Design Ltd. Reproduction or resale without written consent is prohibited.

SECTION 2 – BESPOKE ART COMMISSIONS

We offer original oil painting and ceramic commissions tailored to each client’s specifications.

Process:

A written or email agreement outlining the concept, size, medium, and timeline is required before work begins.

Deposits & Payments:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon commission confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

Revisions:

The revisions are not accepted after commencement of the work.

Ownership & Copyright:

The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights to all commissioned works. The client receives ownership of the physical artwork for personal display purposes only. Commercial use or reproduction is not permitted without written consent.

SECTION 3 – INTERIOR DESIGN & STYLING SERVICES

Our design and styling services include concept development, mood boards, spatial planning, plans, elevations, sections, technical drawings, 3D visualisation, and project coordination as described in client proposals.

Scope & Deliverables:

Project deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual proposals or contracts. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Payments:

Unless otherwise agreed, payments are structured in stages and agreed bilaterally with the client.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate information, approve design stages promptly, and ensure site access where applicable.

Cancellations:

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit and any completed stages remain payable.

Intellectual Property:

All design concepts, visuals, and drawings remain the property of LS Art and Design Ltd until full payment is received. Designs may not be reproduced, shared, or implemented without written consent.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that your use of our website or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

LS Art and Design Ltd, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order or service.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
